BRAC Bank started its journey on 4th July, 2001 as a private commercial bank focused on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In just a decade, the Bank has become one of the most preferred banks in Bangladesh, keeping its core focus in SME.
Today BRAC Bank holds a dynamic network of 187 branches, 471 ATMs & CDMs, 457 SME Unit Offices and 594 Agent Banking Outlets across the country. The stakeholders of the bank are BRAC, the largest non-government organization in the world and International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of The World Bank.
BRAC bank wanted to expand its team and conduct a hiring drive pan Bangladesh. They wanted to hire around 600 candidates for various job roles spreading across 17 divisions.
The former recruitment process was manual and not suitable for hiring at scale. The BRAC bank team wanted to switch to an automated process with deep insights into the skills proficiency.

Once the logistics were mapped out, iMocha began developing the Microsite that would be hosted on the BRAC bank website for the drive. BRAC bank invited registrations from candidates for the assessments.

The candidates could choose any 2 divisions and appear for 1 assessment per division. The drive was conducted on 2 days and the link was opened for registered candidates. The candidates could appear for the assessment from anywhere in Bangladesh and the advanced proctoring measures ensured that the integrity of the assessments was maintained.
BRAC bank successfully assessed and evaluated 33,600 candidates in 2 days. The BRAC bank team has leveraged our AI-powered assessment report to shortlist 600 top performers for further interviews. Switching to an online remote assessment platform has helped them save 80% administrative and logistical cost.
