Looking beyond resumes:

Takealot designed a recruitment process that involved aptitude tests as phase one screening. Using iMocha’s pre-built tests, they screened candidates for Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning. This helped them accurately assess skills and filter irrelevant candidates.
