Job Brief
We are searching for an analytical, results-oriented back-end developer who will collaborate with other team members to diagnose and enhance existing back-end processes and apps. The back-end developer will apply his or her programming languages and tools knowledge to examine current codes and market trends, establish more effective procedures, address issues, and improve user experience. You should be very proficient in project management, computers, and communication.

Requirements & Skills
- Graduation/ Post Graduation in computer science or a related field from a reputed institute
- Setting objectives and writing more practical, cohesive code in collaboration with the front-end developers and other team members to improve the user experience.
- Observing market developments and trends generates concepts for fresh initiatives, features, or products.
- Keeping track of information and reporting it to the appropriate people, including clients or management.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Understanding of web development frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express.js
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Inability to work independently and in a team environment
