As a Selenium Developer, you will be responsible for establishing the test automation process, participating in evaluating and planning the automation roadmap, maintaining and updating Selenium WebDriver scripts, designing, developing, and implementing a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver, and more.‍

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, design, and maintain automated test suites via Selenium WebDriver
• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases
• Analyse user requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Write clear and concise test cases and scripts
• Execute, assess, and report test results for manual and automated test cases.
• Detect and analyze software flaws, and engage with developers to find solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging testing tools, trends, and methodologies

Requirements and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other programming languages
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber
• Familiarity of version control systems like Git
• Understanding of agile development techniques like Scrum and Kanban
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
