Construction Manager Test

Construction Managers plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. They participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This includes managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing.

A construction manager is expected to demonstrate a strong ability to quickly and effectively identify critical work-related issues and logically draw conclusions from numerical data such as performance figures, financial results, and analysis reports. A construction manager is also expected to exhibit a moderate capacity to explain work-related issues in a clear and simple manner within or outside the organization. They must demonstrate a strong capacity to quickly gather a variety of new work-related information to assist in forming informed decisions.
